Why Omega 3?
You’ve probably heard a lot about how good Omega 3 is for you and

Long-chain Omega 3 (DHA/EPA) has the most powerful impact on our health and
is only found in oily fish. It is only the long-chain form that has a real
bearing on your health - Omega 3 from plants doesn’t, because it is
ALA or short-chain and only 5% of it can be converted by your body to the
useful form of Omega 3.
